VIPI Transport Terms and Conditions

Introduction

VIPI Transport (“we”) operates a digital platform that connects transporters, car owners, and car sellers with potential clients. We act solely as an intermediary and do not own, sell, or rent any vehicles listed on our platform.

Definitions

• User: Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the VIPI Transport platform.
• Transporter: A user offering transportation services through our platform.
• Car Owner: A user listing their vehicle for rental purposes.
• Car Seller: A user listing their vehicle for sale.
• Client: A user seeking to hire transportation services, rent a vehicle, or purchase a vehicle.

User Accounts

• Registration: To access certain features, users must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
• Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activities that occur under their account.
• Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.

Platform Usage

• Role of VIPI Transport: Our platform serves solely as a facilitator connecting users. We are not a party to any agreements made between users and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services or vehicles listed.
• User Responsibilities: Users agree to provide accurate information, comply with all applicable laws, and conduct themselves ethically and professionally.

Fees and Payments

• Subscription Fees: Transporters, car owners, and car sellers are subject to a subscription fee per month to access our platform’s services.
• Payment Terms: Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to the platform.
• Taxes: Users are responsible for any applicable taxes related to their use of our services.

Content and Listings

• User-Generated Content: Users are solely responsible for the content they post, including listings, profiles, and communications with other users.
• Prohibited Content: Users must not post false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or illegal content.
• License Grant: By posting content, users grant VIPI Transport a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content.

Prohibited Activities

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Post inaccurate or misleading information.
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
• Attempt to interfere with the platform’s operation or security.

Dispute Resolution

• Between Users: VIPI Transport is not responsible for disputes between users. However, we may, at our discretion, facilitate communication to assist in resolving issues.
• With VIPI Transport: Any disputes arising between users and VIPI Transport shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Rwanda Jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIPI Transport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless VIPI Transport, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of their use of the platform or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users or us.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Users are encouraged to review them periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Rwanda Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
