This Transporter Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between VIPI Transport / VIPI Technologies Group Ltd. (“VIPI”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) and the registered transporter (“You”, “Transporter”, or “Service Provider”).
By creating an account, subscribing to any VIPI Transport role, using the platform, accepting a booking, or offering services through VIPI Transport, you agree to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
VIPI Transport is a digital connector platform, not a transport company, employer, or agent. We only connect clients with service providers.
To operate as a Transporter on VIPI, you must:

You agree that all information you provide is true and updated. Providing false information may result in suspension or legal action.
You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licenses and permits required to legally operate, including:
VIPI is not responsible for verifying permits unless required by law.
You must comply with all transport, road, tax, and business laws. All violations are your responsibility.
All income earned is your own business revenue. VIPI does not withhold or remit taxes. You are responsible for income tax, VAT, local levies, and business registration.
You agree to pay the monthly subscription for your selected role(s). Failure to pay may result in suspension.
You acknowledge you are not an employee or agent of VIPI. You operate independently, control your own hours, and bear full business responsibility.
You are responsible for safe driving, proper handling of goods, respectful conduct, and complying with safety standards.
You must communicate clearly, arrive on time, and fulfill bookings professionally.
All risks related to accidents, damages, theft, cargo loss, or injuries fall under your responsibility unless covered by insurance. VIPI is not liable for any damages or disputes.
VIPI may suspend or terminate your account for violations, safety issues, fraud, or repeated complaints.
Pricing is determined by vehicle type, negotiations, and distance estimation.
Payments may be direct or through supported platforms. VIPI is not responsible for disputes unless using in-app payments.
VIPI may mediate but is not legally obligated and is not liable for losses.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the country where service is performed.
By using VIPI Transport, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms in this Agreement.
